Enterprise Account Manager - Paris - Motork

MotorK is a leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, specialising in the automotive sector. Our mission is to empower manufacturers and dealerships to sell more with innovative, cloud-based products and services to offer the best digital customer experience. We are currently serving 90% of the automotive manufacturers and are looking for a high-energy, creative, team-oriented Account Manager to join our rapidly growing Sales team to continue our success.

The Account Manager role at MotorK would be well-suited for candidates with a strong background in enterprise account management and SaaS sales, as well as experience in digital marketing and project/program management. The role involves managing and supporting relationships with premium automotive companies based in Europe, specifically in France, and the successful candidate will be responsible for offers and contracts management, global customer stakeholders management, and bid management.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Account Manager will also be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, account plans, and methodologies to accelerate customer adoption and meet customer acquisition, revenue attainment, and growth goals. They will also be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in prospective and existing customers, as well as managing the sales pipeline via CRM.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive retail distribution industry and the ability to identify and tap potential clients, as well as understand their needs. They should also be able to handle pressure situations and work in a target-oriented environment, possess good analysing skills, be self-motivated and able to communicate effectively in French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the relationship and principal projects with premium automotive companies based in Europe (mostly in France)
  • Customer-facing account manager for a portfolio of Automotive OEM and Enterprise customers, orchestrating delivery and support initiatives on MotorK SaaS solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for offers and contracts management, global customer stakeholders management (up to C-levels), bid manager, and presales specialist for proposals in the Automotive business applications domain
  • Create and execute sales strategies, account plans, methodologies, and processes to accelerate customer adoption and meet customer acquisition, revenue attainment, and/or growth goals
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, specifically CxOs in prospective and existing customers, and establish relationships for MotorK senior executives
  • Manage the sales pipeline via CRM
  • Directly interface with prospective customers to facilitate all stages of a sale
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers in order to assist in closing business and ensure customer retention
  • Responsible for driving and enhancing revenue by properly identifying customer requirements and establishing how MotorK can help customers achieve their objectives

Requirements

  • Strong background in account management and sales
  • Digital Marketing background
  • Experience in Project/Program Management
  • Previous experience in CRM and SaaS contest
  • Knowledge and passion for automotive retail distribution
  • Able to identify and tap potential clients and able to understand their needs
  • Ability to handle pressure situations and work in a target-oriented environment
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of another language is a plus)
  • Bachelor's Degree
