We are looking for a high energy, creative, team-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing Sales team to extend our success. This Enterprise Sales Manager will be a senior individual contributor who has a track record of working in B2B software sales, combined with deep knowledge of sales and marketing in the automotive OEM sector, and wants to participate in the digital revolution.

Your profile and experience should include demonstrable success in establishing and maintaining relationships with leadership level contacts within OEMs and their national sales companies. Persistence and attention to detail are vital to success in this role.

The right candidate will be a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high-energy sales professional that can think strategically, is comfortable with conceptual & solution selling, and can create momentum within large and complex organisations.

Main duties will be to:

  • Define a sales strategy to meet quarterly objectives set by Management
  • Target new clients in line with the company’s strategy in order to meet the strategic and operational objectives
  • Establish solid relationships with key players at the highest levels of an organisation, particularly with VP, EVP, and C-level within sales and marketing
  • Conduct negotiations with all levels of management within the enterprise
  • Manage the entire sales process from the contact point to contract award and contribute with technical, legal and financial input
  • Effectively manage prospect/client expectation
  • Win net new deals and farm relationships with existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies
  • Coordinate direct reports (Account Managers) and help the company to increase the Enterprise Sales Team
  • Coordinate with central functions with regards to resources for project delivery
  • Report and forecast sales on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Sales experience selling enterprise software and projects in automotive retail
  • Exposure to SaaS, CRM, Digital Marketing, and e-Shopping tools
  • Experience in managing a team of Account Executives
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Track record in accelerating sales cycles with quarterly cadence
  • Demonstrable successful history of closing complex deals
  • Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends
  • Comfortable with conceptual selling while still able to demonstrate ROI
  • Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement
  • Excellent verbal/written skills necessary.
  • Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
  • Experience in project and program management
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive retail distribution
  • Able to identify and tap potential clients and understand their needs
  • Ability to handle pressure situations and work in a target-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree.
