We are currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Practice leader to set up an Inside Sales function across 5 countries, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• You will advise the CEO on how to create the Inside Sales Practice
• You will set up the best inside sales practices
• You will support hiring and training inside sales staff.
• You will manage Inside Sales Team across EMEA
• You will evaluate sales processes and procedures.
• You will set and monitor sales goals across the team.
• You will support creating sales department budgets
• You will develop sales reports.
• You will assess Sales Practices to Create Improvement
• You will support generating new sales and retaining existing customers.
• You will maintain and develop Client Relationships

Requirements:

• Do you have Experience in building SaaS Inside Sales Team?
• Do you have a track record of success in setting up and managing international teams with multiple languages?
• Do you speak additional European languages? French, German or Italian would be very beneficial in this role.
