We are currently looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to join our team!


What we are looking for:

We are looking for a young digital transformation/digital marketing enthusiast, with some previous experience in complex and demanding environments who would like to continue his/her career joining our Enterprise Team. The candidate will join and support the project management team working on some of MotorK's most important clients, taking the responsibility of project sub-streams or processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the project management activities both on functional and technical aspects
  • Support the team in drafting of proposals, slides, reports, minutes in Italian and English
  • Interpret data and analyse results to monitor project progress and performances
  • Become the pivot between other functional and technical teams working on assigned projects (i.e. customer support, developers, product specialists)
  • Create effective and outstanding presentations on the assigned projects, project sub streams, or tasks
  • Help to consolidate client service in terms of execution quality, flexibility and quick reaction to last minute request

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s in Economics/Business Administration or similar
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Digital Strategy fundamentals
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. using pivots, lookups..)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and G Suite suite
  • Ability to organise work tasks, set priorities and manage deadlines
  • Strong analytical (numeric & strategic) and process thinking capabilities
  • Extreme attention to detail, quality and deadlines
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication
  • Native italian speaker, fluent in English, another foreing language is appreciated
  • Knowledge of Data Visualisation to create reports and analyse data is a strong plus
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered as a plus
