We are looking for a Sales Operation Analyst, who will be responsible for driving sales efficiency across the Sales team to help them to achieve their business goals, whilst also providing decision making information for management
Responsibilities
- Providing the Sales Team members with support in implementing new and existing processes
- Collaborate with SFDC and Power BI Admins to develop operational dashboards around key KPI’s for each Sales sub-team
- Delivering business intelligence for strategic development to Sales Leadership Teams, empowering well informed decision making
- Working closely with our sales leadership, ensuring that the Sales Leadership Team have all the resources they need to ensure processes are being followed
- Ensuring that all the data the Sales Team needs is available and structured correctly - for use in reporting etc.
- Responsible for processes, systems, tools, business planning, management frameworks, initiatives and programs that will optimise sales and provide the discipline for increases in sales force productivity
- Working closely with our newly created Sales Enablement function
- Implement and manage governance of Sales Compensation programs.
- Work closely with the regional HR resources to ensure controls are administered and implemented and commissions are processed timely and accurately.
- Working closely with business systems team to ensure the systems are reflective of any changes of teams, targets or sales strategy, and reviewing that this is correctly captured in reports
- Ensuring that sales processes are followed to meet business KPIs whilst supporting with commercial best practice and CRM queries
- Experience with various systems (Gong and Outreach) to track data, dashboards, manage analysis and provide insight into sales, marketing, Customer Success
Requirements
What we need from you
- Experience working in a sales/revenue operations role or similar
- Experience working with SAAS/digital companies
- Interest in pipeline management & forecast
- Process driven with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge in business tools like Salesforce, Gong and Outreach
- Great communication skills
- Sales Compensation Administration knowledge
- 1+ yrs experience
