As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Junior Operations Assistant, to join our Sales team based in our Milan office. 

The role

The Sales Operations Assistant role will cover a wide range of admin tasks, liaising with multiple departments within the company and providing support to the Regional Country Manager. The role will: 

  • support the Regional Country Manager with a number of admin tasks 
  • assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • work on different Excel reports, using pivot tables and analysing Sales data
  • ensure all relevant documentation has been received/presented to customers, check legal documents 
  • interact with the Sales department and support with back office activities
  • managing the relationship with different BU (Legal, Finance, Delivery)
  • take charge of sales queries and requests (commercial negotiations, payment discounts or extensions etc.)

Requirements

Our ideal Sales Operations Assistant will have previous experience in a commercial fast paced environment, with an academic background in Economics or Business Administration. 

As well as: 

  • knowledge/understanding of the digital sector 
  • outstanding communications skills 
  • English fluency and Native Italian language proficiency (Spanish would be a plus)
  • previous experience supporting Management (ideal)
  • great problem solving skills
  • ability to pick up information quickly

Work pattern and location

  • Internship, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 
  • Hybrid (2 to 3 times a week in the office)
  • Office based in Milano, near Lambrate station
