Sales Strategy & Operations Manager - Milan - Motork

We are looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to support our Group Sales Coordinator into improvement of operational effectiveness of direct sales, channel sales, sales development, mainly through data and results-driven approach.


  • Participate in the deployment of strategical, tactical and market development programs and initiatives at European level
  • Create effective and outstanding presentations on data and business strategies
  • Participate in the shaping and delivery of the necessary tools, content, training, process to support the sales team and ensure they are successful in their day-to-day operations
  • Analyze existing business strategies and practices
  • Understands how data on sales trends is structured in the systems, segment the database based on criteria (country, life cycle stage, persona) to best target specific markets or user types and analyze data in order to advise on areas for opportunity and improvement
  • Draw monthly-reports and insights regarding the European automotive industry
  • Leverage a big amount of data, typically to be extracted from PowerBI, to create high level reports for strategy planning
  • Collaborate with cross-company departments like Finance and Product to maintain organization-wide data standards
  • Create reports based on Salesforce analysis and draw budget forecasts


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related fields
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, conflict resolution, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong critical-thinking capabilities (analytical and process skills)
  • Ability to work in a team and in managing multiple projects at the same time with tight deadlines
  • A self-starter able to take ownerships of tasks and be accountable for their successful conclusion
  • Excellent MS Office and G-Suite knowledge
  • Knowledge of tools like PowerBI and/or Salesforce
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
