You will be part of our Internal Systems team and you will support it, being responsible for the CRM (Salesforce) and the design of the internal processes in MotorK.

You will be able to:

  • exploit your knowledge on technologies
  • give your active contribution to the design and implementation of our internal applications
  • learn new technologies and concepts about software development
  • interact with local and international colleagues of our Italian, Spanish, French and German offices

What you will do:

  • Database management ensuring the updating and management of data within the CRM with weekly and monthly monitoring;
  • Preparation of reports and dashboards for business operations
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support and educate users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of our CRM;
  • Troubleshoot system issues and understand the business challenges to improve system and processes;
  • Establish and implement best practices with regard to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc. to meet customer facing business and technical requirements;
  • Collaborate with project managers and various internal departments and act in a consultative capacity to ensure our CRM environment supports internal needs in terms of functionality and performance

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Economics/Management Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of business & functional requirements analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with different levels within the organization;
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a cross functional team;
  • Admin knowledge of (at least) one of the main CRM ( Salesforce Lightning Experience knowledge is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of CRM maintenance and customization and sales process knowledge
  • Self-motivated and Creative;
  • Fluent in English
