The Role: Drive Engineering Excellence

We're searching for an experienced and highly skilled Engineering Team Lead to be the driving force behind the teams on one of our main products - our CRM, LeadSpark. Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience managing and inspiring high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Backend Mastery: A strong background in PHP + Node.js, coupled with experience in additional programming languages (Java) 
  • Frontend Fluency: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React.
  • Data Whisperer: A deep understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Architectural Acumen: A profound grasp of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • DevOps Advocate: Solid experience in a DevOps culture, with a strong emphasis on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
  • People-First Approach: A genuine passion for developing team members through dedicated coaching and constructive feedback.
