Software Engineer Intern - Milan - Motork

As we undergo an AI-native transformation, we’re looking for a Software Developer Intern to join one of our most impactful teams: Platform.

From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, gaining hands-on experience on our AI-driven products. And if you’re sharp, adaptable, and eager to learn - you’ll have the chance to grow into a full-time role with us after the internship.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the development of automation tools and scripts in Python, Java, and PHP.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving existing applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Support the design and implementation of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
  • Learn best practices in software engineering, automation, and agile development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: PHP, Java, Python.
  • Interest in automation, scripting, and process optimization.
  • Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
  • Hands-on experience is a plus.
