SRE / Platform Engineer - Paris - Motork

What's the role about

You will be part of a very strong, close-knit team developing top ending solutions for car makers, car dealers and leveraging the lead generation and sales in the automotive world.

As part of the Cloud Engineering team, you are responsible for building, running and improving the infrastructure for all our products. You will enable more than a hundred developers to build, deploy and operate the MotorK platform, used by thousands of customers in the automotive sector all across Europe.

You will have the opportunity to architect and develop solutions that bring new functionality, reliability, and enhanced scalability to our products.

Right now we are working on cloud governance and access (SSO, Vault, Zero Trust), Network (VPC, VPN, Cross-Application traffic in kubernetes) and improving application cost efficiency and performance.

What you will do

Work daily on kubernetes and aws. Make sure our infrastructure is safe and scalable, working on governance, cost and new features.
Help our developers to be more efficient, providing them the best CI/CD tools and improving their devex. Today we use jenkins and spinnaker, tomorrow it's open for discussion!
Take care of one of the biggest network of websites of the automotive sector in Europe, built on top of cloudflare,nginx, traefik, letsencrypt and wordpress.
Monitor all the infrastructure with heavy usage of the grafana stack (prometheus, loki, mimir, tempo, grafana).
Built tools and new infrastructure to migrate the legacy application to more modern stacks.

Requirements

Strong hands-on production experience on Kubernetes
Extensive knowledge with at least one Cloud Provider, preferably AWS.
Understanding of SRE and DevOps practices
Background as developer is a huge plus
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, GitlabCI, etc…)
Relevant experience with RDBMS (mysql, postgres), troubleshooting and optimization
Strong background in Linux environments as Administrator
Experience on scripting (bash, python, groovy)
Practical knowledge of networking, both cloud and bare-metal
Good knowledge of monitoring and log collection tools (grafana, prometheus, loki)
Experience with PHP or Java on k8s is a huge plus
Experience with OSS CMS (WordPress, Joomla...) is a plus
