Team Leader - IT Operations - Milan - Motork

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Cloud Engineering Manager who is leading our entire infrastructure at MotorK
  • Ensuring the quality of service provided to users by the IT Operations, which should be measured by defined KPIs.
  • Support and share knowledge with users on tools and best practices related to IT
  • Oversees software and hardware procurement, ensure consistency of IT practice, manage the IT budget, in a ISO 27001 environment
  • Implements IT security best practices in the company, and drives the adoption of proper technologies to ensure minimization of IT related risks, driving the company understanding and adoption of the ISO 27001 policies and practices.
  • Provide active support in all the “provider certification processes” MotorK undergoes when dealing with enterprise customers

Requirements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Hands-on experience in managing internal IT of companies, building SaaS products, with hybrid working adoption,
  • Experience at European level
  • Hands-on experience on the certification process and policy adoption and implementation for ISO 27001 and SOC 2. ITIL experience is a plus
  • Experience in managing Google Workspace, Salesforce, PowerBI, Microsoft Office
  • Experience in managing a hardware fleet of Mac and Windows machines, Apple and Android phones
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills both in Italian and English

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with office network management
  • Experience with MDM, VPN, Workforce Identity and automation is a plus
  • Experience in leading a small team of internal IT & support, while collaborating widely with the entire organisation
  • Background in IT process structuring / IT security (does not need to be a security expert, but awareness of the related topics is a requirement)
  • Has a clear potential to scale up the IT team and processes to the next level
